Amity Anderson DESKTOP PUBLISHING SPECIALIST
Amity's current position as DTP Specialist is to coordinate with Project Managers and other staff to provide Desktop Publishing. This includes: time and cost estimates, desktop publishing in programs such as: Quark Xpress, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Framemaker and many others.
Background & Education:
Amity was born & raised in Utah. She attended Davis Applied Technology College while in high school refining her office skills, taking courses in computers, word processing, accounting, and office management.
Experience:
Amity has spent the last six years, before coming to U.S. Translation Company, working as an administrative assistant for the American Cancer Society. Where she helped coordinate fundraising events, supervise volunteers, manage event accounting, handle document creation, and maintain the office.
Hobbies:
Amity enjoys spending time with her two children and her husband. They spend much of their time camping, four wheeling, and riding snowmobiles. She also enjoys making scrapbook pages and homemade cards using rubber stamps.
