CONGRATULATIONS DAVID: Top Forty Under 40 Honoree
It is amazing to be honored among Utah's great young professionals. David Utrilla, President of U.S. Translation Company was just recognized as being one of Utah's top Forty under 40 "Rising Stars", presented by Utah Business Magazine at a luncheon in Salt Lake City.
Utah Business Magazine said about their selected honorees, "One thing that our Forty under 40 prove is that the sky's the limit when you work hard and are determined to succeed."
In the article, they write about David's climb to success, "Born and raise in Peru, David Utrilla took one of his biggest challenges learning English and turned it into a true success story when he founded U.S. Translation Company in 1995."
When interviewing David for the award, one of the questions asked was, "What motivates you to meet and exceed your goals, what gets you out of bed every morning ready to tackle the day's challenges." In order to be a successful entrepreneur, it is important to have the drive to not only continue when times are tough, but have the passion to do it with a smile and show your clients you are determined to give them the very best, no matter the project, no matter the challenge.
David's answer to this question is one of the reasons our clients return project after project for years and years, "It is always exciting to wake up each morning and get to the office because each day I see something very different, new and challenging there. Every day has a variety of novel experiences, and the rewarding feeling that I get each day from a job well done can come in many different ways from the excitement of gaining a new Fortune 500 client to the coordination of interpretations on the other side of the world or from a satisfied client's recommendation of our services to a new client. It is also thrilling to watch the company expand yearly despite the worlds economic challenges and the fierce competition that exists in this industry."
