Background & Education:
Amity grew up in Layton, Utah and graduated from Layton High School before attending Davis Applied Technology Center. She's married her high school sweetheart and has two kids.
Experience:
Before coming to U.S. Translation Company, Amity worked at the American Cancer Society, Northern Utah office as the administrative assistant and later as the Cancer Control Director. As administrative assistant she helped organize and execute events along the Wasatch Front to help raise funds for cancer programs and research. As Cancer Control Director, she was in charge of the cancer prevention and support programs for all of Northern Utah, helping to train and recruit volunteers to help with programs.
Hobbies:
"Spending time with my family is my favorite thing to do. You can find us out in the boat most Saturday's in the summer, or snowmobiling in the winter. I LOVE to read, and I read just about everything I can put my hands on."
