Background & Education:
Kathy was born and raised in Texas. Once married, she and her husband moved to Okinawa, Japan where they were stationed on an Air Force base for 4 years. This is where Kathy received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland.
Experience:
Before coming to U.S. Translation Company in 2004 Kathy worked with Bank of America as an International Currency Purchasing Agent in Japan and Korea. This included making sure that all the banks on the bases across those two countries were stocked with both the U.S. Dollar as well as the Yen and Won currencies. Since moving from Japan to Utah in 1999 Kathy has worked as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager.
Hobbies:
Kathy enjoys spending time with her two sons and husband. She is hoping to do more traveling in the future outside of the U.S. and is very interested in the cultures of people that live in different countries. She enjoys scuba diving, biking and has finally attempted snow skiing! She has driven across country too many times to count and prefers a nice air-conditioned plane ride. She and her family enjoy camping and four wheeling.
