The right interpretation equipment:
Generally, when there are 1000 or more conference attendees,
interpretation
becomes more cost effective when you sell attendees an
inexpensive radio (or have them bring their own), rather than rent
expensive receivers and have the hassle of making sure they
aren’t broken or lost. In this case, we simply set up a low
powered transmitter to broadcast the interpreter's voice.
Cost of Interpreting:
This method is actually about the same cost as renting a receiver for a
3 day conference. So, the first year, you will have to invest; however,
for consecutive years you save significantly.
Laws of broadcasting:
Each country has laws of broadcasting. In the USA, the FCC has designed
a complicated technical standard intended to limit how far a signal
will travel, rather than how strong it is. This allows us to broadcast
the interpreter's voice within the standards.

In order to guarantee the interpretation

Every
function has a calendar of events that can be changed up to the last
second and every interpreter will be informed. Translation equipment and
technicians are tracked throughout the process, and you as the client
have secure on-line access to all of your scheduling to see how the
function is running and to help determine changes up to the last second.
