Initially, when we receive your documents,
our translation specialists will review them for difficulty, lanugage,
specialty and DTP requirements. At that time, each document is logged
into the system where costing and time line is broken down for your
review. Additionaly, this break down allows each document to be tracked
and assigned individually once the quote is accepted.
If you choose, we have the capability to
standardize your quote into a formal contract for future projects so,
from that point on, all documents receive the same cost as the agreed
upon contract. This quickens the turnaround time on future quotes.

Once your project is accepted, we then
assign actual due dates to each document for each phase of our 4-step
translation process. This ensures each phase is completed within a
timely manner.
Then, each document is prepared using our
translation assistance technology and is assigned and sent to the
appropriate translator.
This process ensures that each document is
accounted for and that each translator within each language is working
from the same language set and style guide.

As the project moves, our staff tracks each
coming due date and ensures that each translator/DTP is on time and on
track.
Up-to-the-minute reports allow us to know
where each document is at any given time based on any number of
criteria, like language, document name, due date, etc.
Additionally, you, as the client, have
secure on-line access to check the progress of your documents day or
night.
Once the translation project is complete, it
is returned in the requested format and the review and revision process
begins.
